Bilingual insight
I ALWAYS accidentally say cotidian instead of quotidian because I learned the word “cotidiano” and it’s meaning in Spanish long before I even knew such a word existed in English.
Must be what it’s like for a joven in an American school when only Spanish is being spoken at home. A struggle.
The best hiding spot I’ve ever found is in a hug.
